The B-250XS uses a true attenuator that we have designed to work without compromising the sound at all. The microprocessor-controlled attenuator clicks discreetly to select which Vishay metal film resistor defines the listening level as you adjust the volume – a sign that proves the use of an advanced relay-driven attenuator instead of cheap inferior technologies, which substantially downgrade sound quality.
